British Columbia is the western-most province of Canada, with a population of over 4 million. It borders the Yukon territory to the North, Alberta to the East, and Washington State to the South. BC's capital city is Victoria, (profiled on this site) but Vancouver is another city that commonly comes to mind when talking about BC. There are nearly 1 million square kilometers of land to explore in BC, with activities for all types. For those who like the bustle of the big city, Vancouver and Victoria are the places to be for the metropolitan experience. However, in my opinion, what makes BC great is the variety of out-door oriented activities to do.
