Haida Gwaii is a group of islands, formerly known as the Queen Charlotte Islands, on the northern coast of B.C.
My visit to Haida Gwaii was just to the north island, Graham Island. This island only has 150 km of of paved highway,
and we drove all of it! We passed through the Queen Charlotte City, and the villages of Tlell, Port Clements, Masset,
and Old Masset. The villages of Haida Gwaii are all cute little coastal towns that stetch right along the ocean.
Points of Interest:
Of course, one of the best things about Haida Gwaii is that there is still so much left to explore! There are tons
of beautiful beaches and forests on the island that are unnamed, and you can go visit them and feel like the only
one who has ever been there. It's truly a remarkable place.
