    Completed Shark II OR does front and back glides, exhales under water
    Super Shark 4-6 years

    Completed Shark III OR does front and back swims with arm movement, surface support 5 seconds
    Pre-level 1 5+ years Just starting out, can touch bottom of main pool shallow end
    Level 1 6+ years Completed Super Sharks OR can enter shallow water safely, float and glide on front and back, move around in a PFD, rhythmic breathing x 3
    Level 2 6+ years

    Completed Level 1 OR can fl oat/move in deep water with assistance, rhythmic breathing x 10, fl utter kick while gliding on front, back and side, surface support 10 seconds and swim 5m continuously
    Level 3 7+ years

    Completed Level 2 OR is comfortable in deep water, rhythmic breathing x 15, front crawl 5m with arm recovering above water, swim 15m continuously
    Level 4 8+ years

    Completed Level 3 OR can swim 10m front crawl while comfortably breathing to the side, swim 25m continuously
    Level 5 8+ years Completed Level 4 OR can tread water 1 min., swim front crawl 15m, back crawl 15m with arms recovering above the water and swim 50m continuously
    Level 6 9+ years

    Completed Level 5 OR can swim efficient front and back crawl 25m, perform whip kick on front and back for 10m, swim 75m continuously
    Level 7 9+ years Completed Level 6 OR can swim front and back crawl 50m, swim coordinated elementary back stroke and breast stroke 15m, swim continuously 150m
    Level 8 10+ years

    Completed Level 7 OR can swim front and back crawl 75m, swim elementary back stroke and breast stroke 25m, swim continuously 200m
    Level 9 11+ years

    Completed Level 8 OR can swim front and back crawl 100m, swim elementary back stroke and breast stroke 50m, swim coordinated side stroke 15m, perform dolphin kick 10m and swim continuously 300m
    Level 10 11+ years

    Completed Level 9 OR can swim front and back crawl 100m, swim elementary back stroke and breast stroke 50m swim continuously 400m
