Swims I Can Swim focuses on swimming progression and stroke refinement, rewarding individual accomplishment rather than using the traditional pass/fail approach. Swimmers, ages 5-16, are introduced to a new methods and philosophies that builds confidence, skill development, improvement and refinement. 54 key swimming skills are taught in 3 staged. Children will progress at their own pace, learning continuously and are encouraged through positive feedback and rewards. Below you will find the 3 different stages for Sears I Can Swim. If you are unsure of which level to register in, please give us a call. STAGE ONE Participants must be able to do a basic front and back glide and be comfortable in the main pool. For those in Red Cross level 1-3 Mondays, January 10-Aprl 18, 3:30-4:00pm, $38 Wednesday, January 12-April 20, 3:30-4:00pm, $38 STAGE TWO Participants must be able to swim 25m with ease. For those in Red Cross level 4-7 Mondays, January 10-Aprl 18, 4:00-4:45pm, $56 Wednesday, January 12-April 20, 4:00-4:45pm, $56 STAGE THREE/FOUR Participants must be able to swim 100m with ease and have a good understanding of Front and Back Crawl as well as Butterfly and Breaststroke.
