According to the British Columbia College of Teachers' Standards for the
Education, Competence and Professional Conduct of Educators in British
Columbia, a professional educator adheres to eight standards. One
standard is categorized under the heading of "Capacity to Teach" and
includes the teacher's ability to plan, instruct, assess, evaluate, and
report.

standard pages on which will appear artifacts that demonstrate adherence
to that particular standard and on accompanying rationale to why each is
