Synopsis: Steve Zissou (Bill Murray) is a washed up beloved oceanographer who was once adored by the public, especially children around the world. He is angered by the death of his long-time friend and colleague who was killed by the mysterious Jaguar Shark. Steve Zissou is ridiculed by the film industry and even accused of killing his colleague due to the disbelief of the Jaguar Shark. Then someone special comes along, Ned Plimpton (Owen Wilson). Ned (a grown man) thinks he maybe Steve Zissou’s son. Ned then funds the mission to find the Jaguar Skark and becomes a part of the team.
