- To
celebrate the third day of being active on the internet, I will now
introduce the first of many photo(s) of
the day!
This
will be a reoccuring trend on this site in an effort to promote my work
and (hopefully) increase traffic beyond a handful of close
friends and acquaintances.
The photos will be anything from brand new to ancient to
incredible in quality to downright terrible. They will
be
considered new additions to the site and eventually be
archived in the photos
section. I'll do my best to provide an interesting narrative
for each new photo
or piece of art. Note:
click
on the image to enlarge and click on it again to minimize. Or click and
drag the
photo into the address bar to
see the original, full size.
>> This is one of the first pictures I took with my Canon
Rebel T2i. It represents about a quarter of the
living room I shared with my
girlfriend at the time. As you can see, the
suite was terribly small, but it was the first place we lived together
as a couple. A
family of six lived in the front of the house
and, as far as I know, still do today. Oddly enough, the
house
used to be occupied
by a few of my good friends
in the band Throat
Kick
and was once known for hosting very loud parties. Of course,
those days are long gone
and nobody (especially the
landlord) needed to know that I was once a frequent guest in the house.
My girlfriend and I have since moved into
a much nicer place where no
loud parties are hosted. That's a good thing, by the way.
>> Since I mentioned my girlfriend in the above photo
description, I think it is only fitting that I post a picture
of her. She'll
probably hate me for doing this, so to lessen the impact I chose a
photo of her backside (sorry Joyce). I think she's highly
photogenic but, of course, she
doesn't always agree with me. This photo was taken at our
friend's apartment building in Victoria, BC.

- Welcome
to the launch of my brand new website. Though every page is
up and running, it's nothing short of a work in progress.
It's very
minimalist in style and I plan to keep it that way
for as long as it exists. I'm not a big, loud person and I
think this layout represents that. My
only hope is that it doesn't look too
tacky or unprofessional.
Please check out the about
section for more information on myself as well as reasons as to why I
decided to
create my own space on the
internet. You'll also find my contact
information on that page so, if you like, you can drop me a line to
tell me what's good or what sucks
about this site.
