WELCOME

ILAI was a non-statistical, qualitative study that examined the role of Inuvialuktun in the lives of potential and current Inuvialuit learners of Inuviluktun. As part of the ongoing efforts of language planners in the NWT, this study was meant to provide ISR communities with feedback on some of the factors that encourage or discourage individuals from learning their heritage language. EVENTS

Community presentations have been scheduled for September 5th, 2012, 7-8pm, at Ingamo Hall Friendship Centre on 20 Mackenzie Road, as well as September 6th, 2012, 12:00-1:00pm at Aurora Research Institute on 191 Mackenzie Road. Snacks will be served at both events. Please come and join us for the presentations and Q&A!
