Below is a list of BCCT standards and relevant artifacts that support professional qualities. Under each standard you may find one or more artifacts supporting that standard and a rationale for choosing the artifact as support.
BCCT Standard 1

| Rationalle | My Personal Management Plan was created as a part of my studies at UNBC. It is a preliminary work that focuses on the student and teacher relationship, physical environment, etc. I believe that it demonstrates value and caring toward children since I have incorporated non-intrusive and positive aspects into my pedagogy that are standards in education today. |
