This website has grown out of Educ 431, a required class towards a Bachelors of Education degree at the University of Northern British Columbia.
I intend for this website to serve two purposes. Firstly, for it to serve as a professional portfolio of my developing teaching career. Secondly, as a resource website for teachers of (mostly) mathematics. The second goal has not materialized much; I have been mostly working on the portfolio part of the website for the time being.
I am currently working on multiple content area Mathematica notebooks for intelligent (scaffolded) question generation. I will post these notebooks as soon as possible, free to use and manipulate.
Much of the site's content is under development. I'm currently with about three and a half months of practicum experience, so have not had exposure to every aspect in the portfolio.
Please use the navigation bars above and at the bottom of the page to browse this website. Use the sidebar on the right, which will appear except on this homepage, to navigate inside each link.
The following two areas comprise the major parts of my website (don't forget to look under my personal section!). Both are contained in the "professional" link.
The website also contains information about accessibility and inclusivity in the classroom environment.
I hope you will find my portfolio interesting and useful. Enjoy!
