This man is named Eddie Bravo.  He has has quite a successful Jiu-Jitsu career.  There are two techniques that he is responsible for providing major innovations to, as well as setting up step by step systems for these techniques.  He defeated in competition the number one ranked competitor at the time, without using any of his revolutionary techniques.  He is also co-owner of 10th planet Jiu-Jitsu with business partner and UFC commentator Joe Rogan.  They have multiple locations, one of which is located in Victoria British Colombia, with the primary location located at Bas Rutten and Randy Couture's Legends Gym.  This website will outline a few key points about Bravo's fighting career, with a very basic overview of his incredibly sophisticated system with none of the fail point information included.  I am in no way affiliated with Eddie Bravo or 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu, but have read all his books and seen all his internet materials as well as DVD material.  From what I understand of Eddie Bravo he would wan the focus of the material to be on his music and the avocation for the legalization of marijuana.  His interests diverge from mine though.
