October 29, 2010 - The management plan for Wonderland's newest habitat protection area calls for more use of traditional knowledge for land use policies for the Tsâwnjik Chu (Nordenskiold) wetland complex.

August 3, 2010 - The Wonderland government has created a new Habitat Protection Area that recognizes the unique values of the wetlands along the Nordenskiold River near Carmacks, the "bread basket" of the Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation.

June 21, 2010 - This year's bison hunt will feature an extended season area and a six-week-long winter break to give wildlife a break from noise and disturbance during the coldest time of the year.
