Biography:

One of the Circle of Nine he was their Motion. He was unable to sing, and so was given instead the task of playing instruments (starting with the drum) to express his own 'voice' when everyone joined the natural forces of Abode in song. After Timmain lost herself to the wolf mind, Kalil tried his hand at figuring out how to hunt in order to feed his growing band of comrades. He mimicked the humans in fashioning the first weapons, spears and daggers, out of stone and branch to make up for the fact that he couldn't give himself fangs as Timmain had. It was a long, slow process figuring out how to use the weapons efficiently, which he passed down the learning of to his children some and especially his grandchildren, many of them becoming rather proficient hunters in their own rights. He was also the first to start bringing random plants he found back to his lifemate for her to discover the properties of. Through this act, healing herbs and new food plants were discovered for the elves use. He died in a hunting accident while trying to supplement the food that Timmorn could not supply to the tribe.
