When did they start?

Corb Lund and his band of merry men emerged onto the scene around 1995 with their unique sound. Encouraged by positive feedback received in Austin, Texas, they traveled to Nashville to work with Harry Stinson (formerly a colleague of legends such as Earl Scruggs and Lyle Lovett). After the quiet success of their first album, Modern Pain in 1995, things escalated until their recent commercial breakthrough with Five Dollar Bill in 2002.
