All documents, manuscripts and images, sent via e-mail, must be formatted in Rich Text Format (.rtf) for text and JPEG format (.jpg) for images. Submissions, sent via the post, must consist of hard copy and files on PC-compatible floppy disks formatted as specified above. Hard copy submissions which do not include a SASE will not be returned unless picked up.
Copyright remains with the author or artist. No portion of this magazine may be reproduced without the author's or artist's permission.
ROW retains the right to keep published work on display in online format.
