Reflections on Water is an online publication showcasing work by Northern B.C. artists and authors. ROW is produced out of the Centre for Teaching and Learning at the University of Northern B.C..
ROW first appeared in December 1999 and originally came out quarterly. It now comes out twice a year in a winter and fall edition with occasional summer editions. Permanent editors are listed below, however, for any given issue there may be a guest editor responsible for selection. See Submissions for current status.
