Acid Bath hale from Louisiana, they weren't around for long but they have gathered a cult-like following. There music sounds like a mixture of Black Sabbath, Alice in Chains and hardcore death metal. Acid bath was formed in 1991 and recorded their first demo "Hymns of the Needle Freak". This got them a deal with California's Rotten Records who released their debut album "When the Kite Strings Pop". Two years later they released "Paegan Terrorism Tacticts". However this great band's time came to an end to soon when their bassist was killed in a car accident.
