Grammar is arranged in a fashion that it has markers at the end of speeches. There is also the golden rule that the Verb is always at the end of the sentence. Other parts of the sentance can be arranged.
So with this, I can say "Boku wa Neko Ga Suki desu". Where saying Boku, meaning "I", is that I am the subject and Neko, meaning Cat, is that it is that it is the important item, and Suki, meaining to like, is at the end of the sentence followed.
