Getting paid
Pay is by the tree and prices are fair. Many of our contracts are direct awards and we stay away from the low-ball bid contracts. We work all sorts of land, from flat beautiful trenches to steep and green fill plants. The price per tree always reflects the difficulty of the land. If you work hard consistently then your daily average will be consistent. To give a price range, 11 cents for nice trenches to over 25 for tough fills.Pay is weekly and in full. There is no bonus system or other run-arounds.
