Gail Fondahl is a
Professor of Geography at UNBC, and was appointed Vice-President Research
at UNBC as of Sept. 1, 2008. Dr. Fondahl's research examines legal geographies
of indigenous peoples in the Russian North, social indicators of Arctic
development, and co-management in Northern British Columbia. Gail was
Principal Investigator on the CURA grant until Sept. 1, 2008; Dr. Pam
Wright has now assumed that role.
