About the Author

Steven Cronshaw is a Professor in the School of Business at the University of Northern British Columbia in Canada. He holds a BA in Psychology and a BComm degree in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. He completed his graduate work at the University of Akron, where he obtained both an MA and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  He is a fellow of the Canadian Psychological Association.

Dr. Cronshaw is author and co-author of books, book chapters, and journal articles on human resources management and consulting psychology. Much of his research time is now spent in investigating adaptability in the workplace.
