Profile description

Ah (18 cm) Brownish black (10YR 2/2 d); silt loam; moderate to strong fine granular; loose; abundant fine and very fine vertical inped and exped roots; clear wavy boundary; 8-18 cm thick 

Ae (7 cm) Grayish yellow brown (10YR 6/2 d); silt loam; weak fine platy; loose; plentiful fine and very fine vertical inped and exped roots; clear wavy boundary; 8 - 14 cm thick 

AB (7 cm) Dark brown (10YR 3/3 d); silty clay; strong fine subangular blocky; hard; plentiful very fine vertical exped roots; clear wavy boundary; 8 - 10 thick 

Bnt1 (16 cm) Dull yellowish brown (10YR 4/3 d); clay; strong medium columnar breaking into strong fine sub-angular; hard; very few fine exped roots; clear smooth boundary; 15 - 25 cm thick 

Bnt2 (14 cm) Grayish yellow brown (10YR 4/2 d); clay; weak medium to coarse prismatic breaking into strong medium to coarse blocky; hard; very few fine exped roots; clear smooth boundary; 10 - 20 cm thick 

BC (9 cm) Yellowish brown (10YR 5/6 m); silty clay loam; weak medium blocky; hard; very few fine exped roots; gradual smooth boundary; 5 - 10 cm thick 

Cksg Dark brown (10YR 3/4 m); clay; amorphous; sticky; few medium distinct orange (7.5YR 6/1 m) mottles; common, medium and coarse dull yellow orange (10YR 7/2 m) salt crystals
