Carbohydrate-reduced baked potato

Ingredients:
  1. 2 tbsp. butter
  2. 1/3 cup sour cream
  3. 1 tsp. chives
Instructions:
  1. Melt butter in a small cup in micro-wave.
  2. Stir in sour cream.
  3. Add chives to taste.
  4. Drink.
