Club Meetings :
The Ramblers hold a spring meeting every year in late April to preview the upcoming hiking season.
The Ramblers hold their Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the end of each hiking season, usually in early November. The AGM deals with club business including the election of the executive for the upcoming year.

The Executive :
The executive of the Ramblers is responsible for managing the business of the club and the planning of club activities including hikes, meetings, slide shows and social events.
The Ramblers current executive consists of the following positions and members.

- record minutes of executive meetings and Annual

- organize club meetings including general meetings,

- supply local vendors with trail guides and organize
production of trail guides |
