If you have any additional questions about equipment and clothing, send an email to

The trip leader will be carrying a first-aid kit so it is not necessary to carry any first-aid equipment except personal medicines.

In consideration to other hikers who may be sensitive to strongly-scented perfumes, body oils, etc, please do not wear them on Ramblers hikes..

Always expect the worst and be prepared for it. A wise hiker will always plan for the weather to worsen and the trip to lengthen.

Please note that dogs are not allowed on Ramblers hikes.
Other hikers may have allergies and dogs can interfere with wildlife.
