Background

Since master of philosophy in physics, I joined Global Change Impact Studies Centre (GCISC), Islamabad, Pakistan as climatologest. During my stay at GCISC, I mainly worked in the field of climate modeling particularly regional climate modeling and seasonal prediction. In September 2009, I came to Prince Goegre for my PhD studies at University of northern British Columbia (UNBC).


At UNBC, I focused on improving dynamical seasonal prediction using GCMs by investigating forecast error growth. The over goal og my PhD research was to improve the skill of seasonal climate forecast particularly for South Asian Monsoon region.


In October 2014, I have has joined Northern Hydrometeorology Group (NHG) as Post-Doc Fellow (PDF).
