Why do we still see so much clearcutting?
This FORREX workshop addressing obstacles to the use of variable retention and partial cutting in forest management is being held at the Prince George Civic Centre on Sept. 26 and 27.  It should be of interest to researchers, students and educators working in the realms of biology, wildlife, forestry, and natural resources management in general.
Arrangements can be made for FREE student admission, so please bring to the attention of relevant classes.
But organizers need to know approximately how many people will be attending each session, so take a look at the program and ask students to sign up for Weds A.M. or P.M., and or Thurs. A.M. or P.M., then let me know ASAP.
