An Interesting Manuscript

L. Chen, M. Melkemi and D. Vandorpe, "When an Oracle Curve is Given ...". Postscript
Abstract: It is well known that it is impossible to divide an arbitrary angle into three equal parts or get a disk with the same area of an arbitrary given square just use compares and ruler. It is shown in this paper that all of these are feasible IF we are given an oracle curve in the plane of arbitrary short. A mechanism for drawing the oracle curve is also given. This paper was finished when I was in France. Later we found that the curve is one short part of a most famouse curve of old Greek. So, it means that what we have done is just creating a mechanism for drawing the curve. We have not found who else have created a mechanism for the curve. Any one knows, please let me know.
